At TSH, our complete connected community is at the heart of everything we do. As we stand together against coronavirus, we’ve put a number of measures in place to ensure our guests and visitors remain safe, comfortable and protected. We’re staying up to date with all global and local governmental protocols and our ever-smiling reservations team is hard at work to answer all your questions and queries quickly!

Our hotel closures and openings differ by location. In Vienna, we remain closed until the 28th May, in Paris until the 11th May and in Florence until the 15th May. Our Berlin hotel is only accepting guests with a business purpose until the 25th May and Dresden until the 15th May. All our hotels in the Netherlands remain open to all guests.

If you booked a hotel at any of our locations (excluding The Netherlands) before the 9th March 2020, with an arrival date up until (and including) the 31st May 2020, our reservations department will assist you to change your arrival date to a later moment.

The same applies for bookings at our Netherlands hotels made before the 9th March 2020, with an arrival date up until (and including) the 20th May 2020.

TSH Collab remains accessible in-line with local regulations, which vary on a location-by-location basis. However, we strongly recommend that you work from home where possible.

We have suspended all member and community events until further notice and have introduced a digital community engagement program across locations.

For the majority of our staff, we have implemented a work from home policy. Community managers are still contactable via email, mobile or Slack. For urgent matters, please visit the hotel reception, which is open 24/7.


Our bar and restaurant, The Commons, will remain closed in accordance with local government guidelines. At some locations, we’ll be offering a Grab & Go food service, so please enquire upon arrival.


To keep everybody safe and happy, we’ve taken a number of measures to ensure hygiene standards are tip top. Beyond creating notices providing hygiene best-practice info, we’ve increased daily cleaning with the frequent disinfecting of touch points like door handles, have implemented a policy for safe social distancing and have closed our gyms until further notice.
